Organisation structure and units’ functions
1. Human Resource and Administration Department
- Performing administrative management work, counselling the director on establishing organisational models, utilising company’s human resource;
- Performing assistant - secretary functions for the Director;
- Recruitment and human resource management;
- Participating in setting regulations, salary and bonus policies, executing payments and bonuses, as well as addressing labour welfare and benefits;
- Monitoring labour productivity, counselling the Board of Directors on the learning and development plan for high quality human resources at company’s respective period.
2. Legal Service Department
- Performing legal consulting services for clients;
- Representing out-of-court and/or participating in litigation to protect legitimate rights and interests of clients;
- Performing other legal services in accordance with the law;
- Performing internal legal work at the Company..
3. Finance - Accounting Department
- Organising accounting work and fulfilling the Company's tax obligations under the provisions of law;
- Managing and monitoring income and expenditure; counselling the Board of Directors on budget management, financial forecasts, managing and using the Company's capital effectively;
- Participating in the development and supervising of the implementation of the Company's internal regulations on finance and accounting.
4. Violation Handling Consultation Department
- Performing consultation and authorised representation activities to handle contract violations for clients according to the provisions of law;
- Participating in building strategies, plans, and operational targets for each period;
- Collaborating on the development and overseeing the implementation of the Company's internal regulations, policies, and procedures regarding consulting activities and handling contract violations.
